The purposes of the Heuvelton Historical Association are;

a. The preservation of the Historical District of Downtown Heuvelton, New York
b. Collection of Memorabilia defining the History of Heuvelton
c. Gathering the geneology of Early Settlers
d. Obtaining and restoration of Pickens Hall with emphasis on the Third Floor Opera Hall.
